MOWANA BUSH LODGE
Quietly nestled at the far side of a private wildlife estate (a stones throw away from the Kruger National Park) Mowana Bush Lodge is the epitomy of elegant bush style living, coupled with an unparalleled bushveld setting and luxury suites.
The lodge offers exquisite entertainment decks around the pool and private braai boma. The lounge, dining room and kitchen are open plan with a flow to the entertainment area. All suites are luxurious, and the lodge can accommodate up to eight guests. Each of the four luxury African style suites come with private bathrooms, outdoor showers, and decks for game viewing. The lodge is self-catering.
The 2200 acres wildlife estate boasts a large variety of plain game (such as zebras, giraffe, wildebeest, jackal, kudu, bushdog, warthog and many more) which can be viewed from the lodge, bird watching, as well as a number of other activities such as game drives, elephant riding, micro lighting, hot airbalooning and 30 minutes drive from the world famous Hans Merensky Golf Course.
The Lodge is only one hour drive from Nelspruit or four hours drive from Johannesburg through some of Africa’s most scenic bushveld and the Drakensberg mountains. Daily flights take one hour from Johannesburg to Eastgate International Airport, just 10 minutes away from the Lodge.
