Zinkwazi is a few kilometers north of Stanger and is nestled between the subtropical beach and the lagoon. It is a nature lovers wonderland of walks, fishing, spectacular bird life, indigenous forest, water sports and endless beaches.
The tranquil lagoon is reputed to be the longest in Natal and is an excellent spot for picnicking and water sports. Perched along the banks of the lagoon are izinkwazi’ or fish eagle which is how the village’s name was derived.

Villa Zimkwazi is a spacious, well equipped and modern home with fantastic views of the main beach, the breakers and the Ocean

Prince’s Grant is a residential and holiday estate established in 1995. Situated on the north coast of Kwa Zulu Natal, 15 minutes north of Ballito and 80 kms from Durban, it boasts an 18 hole Peter Matkovich designed golf course.

Set in the rolling green sugar cane hills with 2 kms of beachfront, it is a tranquil and peaceful environment in which to holiday.

The game reserves and famous battlefields are within two hours north of the estate. The fabulous new marine centre, the largest aquarium in the Southern Hemisphere, Ushaka Marine is siuated in Durban and is one hour away.

With 7 bedrooms (5 en-suite) this Villa is ideal for a big family or group. For the young ones (and not so young!) the 7th room has been fitted with pool table and tennis table (but can be used as a bedroom if needed)
